The CES Residential Division

The Residential Team at CES is committed to our company’s mission of helping clients make their work, businesses, and lives more successful. At CES, our diversified team possesses extensive experience in residential design, engineering, and consultation. We have an excellent drafting staff to prepare professional shop drawings for a variety of construction purposes. We also provide a full range of on-site quality control inspections of new and existing residential and commercial structures, including problem identification and resolution.

  • CES provides design, drafting, and engineering services to semi-production builders that offer custom modification of their production homes.

  • CES partners with custom home builders to not only design and engineer the foundation and framing, but also serve as a consultant to bring real value through the construction process.

  • CES also performs pre-purchase or pre-sale structural evaluations of properties.

Plaintiff / Defense Attorneys
