SC Wright Group Experts retained by building owner to facilitate change of general contractor and to provide construction defect expert testimony regarding workmanship. Through SC Wright Group’s guidance, successful transition to a replacement contractor to complete the work was achieved. 32-unit beach front condominium project in Laguna Beach, CA. SC Wright Group Experts were retained by the Homeowners Association insurance carrier to respond to claims made by individual unit owners. Based on SC Wright Group’s investigation, SC Wright was able to provide insurance carrier information regarding lack of/absence of required maintenance which aided the carrier in resolving the claim.
